Rural exposure means faster soiling
Open desert and farmland on every side, unpaved shoulders, and very little windbreak. Arrays here accumulate dust faster than anything in the metro, and there is no dense tree canopy to buffer it.
Pinal County · Served by ED3
Arizona City is a small community that most solar cleaning companies simply will not drive to. We will. It is close enough to our base that we can service it without a travel premium.

If you have called around and been told you are outside the service area, that is the whole reason this page exists. Most cleaning companies are based in the Valley and treat anything past Casa Grande as a special trip they would rather not make. We are only about half an hour up the road, so it is a normal job for us at the normal rate.
A lot of properties out this way are on well water, which in this part of the state tends to run high in dissolved minerals. That matters if anyone has ever rinsed your panels with a garden hose: hard water dries into a mineral film that bonds to the glass and is considerably more stubborn than plain dust. It is one of the most common things we find on rural arrays, and it is worth mentioning when you call so we can plan for it.
Water and soft brushes. No detergents, no solvents, no pressure washing. Most panel warranties specifically exclude damage from abrasive pads, chemical cleaners, and high-pressure water — so the cheap fast method is also the one that can cost you a warranty claim.
Our own array in Maricopa, same dust conditions Arizona City homes deal with.

A flat $10 per panel. A typical 20-panel home in Arizona City is $200, quoted up front with no added fees. We fly a free drone inspection first so the quote reflects your actual roof.
Arizona City is served by Electrical District No. 3 (ED3). That determines your available solar rate plans, your peak pricing windows, and how exported energy is credited — which is why generic advice from elsewhere in the metro often does not apply.
