Phoenix is not served by a single utility. Your rate plan options, peak pricing windows, and solar export credits depend on which one covers your address, and the two are not interchangeable in how they treat residential solar.
Urban grime is different from desert dust
Dense pavement, freeway corridors, and construction traffic put a different kind of film on panels than open-desert dust — finer, greasier, and far more inclined to bond to the glass. Vehicle exhaust and tire particulate are the main culprits, and they do not rinse off the way agricultural dust does. Homes near the I-10, the 202, or the 51 pick up noticeably more of it.
Ahwatukee and Laveen are our easiest Phoenix runs
We come up from Maricopa, so the south side of the city is a straight shot for us and we can usually schedule it as readily as a job closer to home. North Phoenix, Desert Ridge, and Arcadia are still well within range, they just need a little more scheduling flexibility on your end. If you are north of the 101 it is worth calling rather than assuming — we can often fit you in when we already have something else on that side of town.

How we clean, and why it matters for your warranty
Water and soft brushes. No detergents, no solvents, no pressure washing. Most panel warranties specifically exclude damage from abrasive pads, chemical cleaners, and high-pressure water — so the cheap fast method is also the one that can cost you a warranty claim.
Free 4K drone inspection before any quote — you see the roof we see
Flat $10 per panel, confirmed before we start
You need to be home, and we need access to an outdoor spigot
We walk you through what we found before we leave

Phoenix solar cleaning FAQs
How much does solar panel cleaning cost in Phoenix?
A flat $10 per panel. A typical 20-panel home in Phoenix is $200, quoted up front with no added fees. We fly a free drone inspection first so the quote reflects your actual roof.
Which electric utility serves Phoenix?
Phoenix is served by Arizona Public Service (APS) and Salt River Project (SRP). That determines your available solar rate plans, your peak pricing windows, and how exported energy is credited — which is why generic advice from elsewhere in the metro often does not apply.
Do you actually service Phoenix?
Yes. About 45 minutes from our base, depending on which side of the city. Call or text (602) 688-4204 and we will confirm scheduling honestly.
