Single-story roofs are easier and safer
Much of the housing stock here is single-level, which means lower roof access, less risk, and a faster job. It is also why we are comfortable servicing an area this far from base.

Surprise and the Sun City communities have a high concentration of solar on single-story homes, which makes for some of the safest and most straightforward cleaning work we do.

Several communities here have rules about contractor access, gate registration, and permitted work hours. Let us know your HOA up front and we will work within it rather than showing up and finding out at the gate. In the guard-gated communities we generally need you to call us in ahead of time.
We will be honest about why we want to work out here: in tight-knit retirement communities, one good job tends to turn into several. That is a real incentive for us to do it properly, show you the drone footage, explain what we found, and not oversell you anything you do not need. If your neighbors ask, we would rather they hear that we told you your panels were fine than that we talked you into a service you did not need.
Not on the list? We cover all of Surprise & Sun City — these are just where we spend the most time.
Water and soft brushes. No detergents, no solvents, no pressure washing. Most panel warranties specifically exclude damage from abrasive pads, chemical cleaners, and high-pressure water — so the cheap fast method is also the one that can cost you a warranty claim.
Our own array in Maricopa, same dust conditions Surprise & Sun City homes deal with.

A flat $10 per panel. A typical 20-panel home in Surprise & Sun City is $200, quoted up front with no added fees. We fly a free drone inspection first so the quote reflects your actual roof.
Surprise & Sun City is served by Arizona Public Service (APS). That determines your available solar rate plans, your peak pricing windows, and how exported energy is credited — which is why generic advice from elsewhere in the metro often does not apply.
